Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Bella Grace Boutique, however, if you are not 100% happy, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Simply :

- Download and complete the returns form, place inside your parcel & post to the address below

Simply complete all details on the Returns Form, including your Name and Order Number in the space provided.

Upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund the order value, less the original shipping, to the original purchasing card.

Alternatively we can credit your account.

Please Note:

- Items must be returned unworn and in good, saleable condition.
- We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery service with tracking and scanning.
- Bella Grace Boutique does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Bella Grace Boutique.
- Refunds will only be made to the same card used to purchase the goods.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- Bella Grace Boutique does not accept responsibility for the time taken by your bank to process your refund.
